What is the AALF-Y?
AALF-Y is a prototype of how to make a remarkably light shoe, for your feet and for our planet.
The AALF-Y was created using a hyper-localized manufacturing process, reducing the environmental weight of carbon emissions, all while the foam sole from “XL EXTRALIGHT” keeps this light on the foot.
A soft and puffy upper made from a mix of ethical leather and recycled terry cloth makes the AALF-Y shoe feel perfect from day one.
Each component of the AALF-Y shoe highlights the local community of Leon, Mexico. AALF-Y is a celebration, showcasing top-tier quality products while considering impact and output.
