Returns
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact CS@protocollective.com for a return authorization approval.
Domestic Order Returns
Our team will send you a pre-paid shipping label once it's approved. You can affix the label yourself and arrange for the return back to us by the designated carrier.
Last thing: To make a return, you need a receipt or proof of purchase.
International Order Returns
For international buyers, you will need to purchase your own shipping label with a tracking service.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll let you know and after we inspect it, we’ll update you on its status. If your item is approved, we’ll initiate a refund for the order amount excluding shipping to your original method of payment. It can take up to 14 business days to process the refund and it may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.
